Hainan AVIC special glass waste heat power generation project is to make full use of the waste heat of flue gas discharged from the glass production line. This time, the resources of Mar new plant are built to recover the heat of high-temperature flue gas, turn waste into treasure, support the waste heat of flue gas of four production lines in the plant, and build an energy-saving and emission reduction project of four waste heat boilers and a steam turbine generator unit with an installed power of 12MW. The utilization rate of flue gas heat is more than 70%. The project is a combination of high-temperature and low-temperature waste heat power generation technology. It is also the first high-temperature waste heat power generation project to be built for the full oxygen combustion production line. It will play a leading and exemplary role in energy conservation and emission reduction in the industry

the project is under the general contract of Shenzhen Kaisheng. It is planned to be put into operation in April 2011. After putting into operation, the annual power generation will intuitively show the test results to users, with an annual saving of nearly 30000 tons of standard coal, and an annual reduction of more than 70000 tons of carbon emissions from poor meshing of gear pairs in the gearbox of the dioxygen (8) radial piston oil pump
