Troubleshooting of oil level rise in loader gearbox

a zl-30c loader extension testing machine that has been used for three years is needed in many industries. Whenever the engine is started, the best thing at the vent hole of the torque converter gear room is the biodegradable plastic channeling oil outward, and the oil level in the oil bottom of the gearbox gradually rises with the use of the engine

the gearbox and torque converter of this machine belong to a split structure, and its hydraulic system is composed of three independent circuits: working device circuit, control circuit and steering circuit. The power of the engine drives the three gear pumps installed on the torque converter housing through the driving gear on the pump wheel housing

analyzing the hydraulic system of the machine, there are three main reasons for oil channeling at the vent hole of the torque converter:

first, the valve core of the outlet pressure valve is stuck, and the outlet pressure of the torque converter is greater than the inlet pressure

second, once the temperature at the guide wheel seat of the torque converter is too high, the oil seal is damaged, and the pressure oil in the torque converter leaks from the guide wheel seat to the gear chamber of the torque converter, causing oil injection at the vent hole

third, the shaft end framework of a hydraulic pump believes that in the future, the oil seal will be damaged in a longer life and unprotected way. When the engine is started, the hydraulic oil viscosity is high, and the pump pressure is high. More hydraulic oil leaks from the shaft end framework oil seal, causing oil channeling at the vent hole of the torque converter

if the oil level in the transmission oil bottom rises, it can only be the hydraulic oil that leaks into the torque converter gear chamber and leaks into the transmission oil bottom through the connecting pipe between the torque converter and the transmission, then it can only be the oil seal at the shaft end of the steering hydraulic pump or the hydraulic pump of the working device is damaged

after disassembly and inspection, it was found that the oil seal at the shaft end of the steering hydraulic pump had been damaged. After replacing the oil seal, the failure disappeared during the test run, and the analysis was verified
